Daniel Ruhl is an Oklahoma physical therapist whose approach to rehabilitation emphasizes movement, education, and individualized care. Raised in the Tulsa area, Daniel first became interested in physical therapy after experiencing rehabilitation himself following a shoulder injury during high school. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma before completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. His education and clinical training exposed him to orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, neurological care, post-surgical rehabilitation, and other areas of physical therapy. Throughout his career, Daniel has worked with patients at different stages of life, from athletes recovering from injuries to older adults working to restore mobility after surgery. His philosophy emphasizes active rehabilitation, functional strength, clear communication, and helping patients understand their own recovery. Daniel also values mentorship and continuing education, including serving as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students. Outside the clinic, his interests include fly fishing, hiking, golf, strength training, woodworking, photography, barbecue, and restoring classic pickup trucks with his father.
